It has come to my attention that the automatic email notifications of my posts to this blog haven’t been going out to those of you who have subscribed. I apologize. We are experiencing technical difficulties at this time. Regular programing will resume as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we will don our rain gear once again saddle up for a day’s ride to Seward. We wanted to take a half day cruise out into the bay for some glacier and whale watching but the departure schedules don’t jive with our schedule and because we are so short on time we have decided to forgo that activity. We have to keep reminding ourselves that this trip wasn’t about the destination and more about the journey, which has been a great one so far.

After spending the night in Seward we will ride over to Homer and check out the Kenai Peninsula. Maybe we can see a grizzly fishing for salmon. Somewhere in those two towns I want to have a fresh halibut dinner. Also looking for some Kodak moments along the wharf and marina. I’ll try to post some photos when I can.
