Day one on the Long Ride North Motorcycle Adventure to Alaska

It was a great ride yesterday. No real events to report, jut good weather and lots of miles. We logged 449 miles from Montrose, CO to Perry, Utah. The route we took was from Grand Junction to Vernal, UT to Heber City, UT and on to Perry, UT where we found a nice KOA campground waiting for us. It was a long day and it felt good to sit in camp and relax.

Today is another long day with 521 mikes to Great Falls, MT. It’s all boring Interstate riding so we should make good time but it’s supposed to rain so we’ll see how it goes. Stay tuned and I’ll check in again when opportunity arises.

Here is camp this motning before we break it down.
