Pole Cat Creek is located not far from the campground at Flagg Ranch in Teton National Park. I was camped there in the fall of 2015 while I painted in the Yellowstone/Grand Teton National parks. It was a rainy week but on the last day the sun finally shone and I took advantage of the break in the weather to run over behind our camp and do this little watercolor. It was a beautiful quiet evening and I had the place to myself.
This 9×12 plein air watercolor was painted with professional grade Winsor and Newton paints and is double matted with acid free matting and backing.
